I stayed at Hyatt Centric Midtown Hotel in Room 504 between 25th April and 26th April. I am writing to leave my feedback. This was my first-time choosing Hyatt as an accommodation and my experience was disappointing. Let me start by stating the issues: The entire night I kept hearing loud noises from the corridor and in the neighborhood rooms that kept banging their doors. This kept happening the entire night through early morning and even white noise did not help. I had an important meeting in early morning and I basically could not get any rest at all throughout the night. The heat in the room was not working. Even turning the heat at 74 degrees the room was super cold and I was super uncomfortable. The hotel didn't even have complementary water in the room which is pretty standard to have in all other hotel chains in my previous experience. When I called the room service to ask for water they asked me to come downstairs and buy it myself, they wouldn't come to the room to deliver it. There were no standard charging points close to the bed or the nightstand or anywhere convenient in the room. This is the first time I have faced this problem and I have stayed in many comparable places before. The room also had a weird smell. Overall I am pretty disappointed with my stay and by far this is worst experience I have had, but I am writing to give my feedback so maybe the hotel will do something to improve customer experience in the future.

Came down for a wedding and was upgraded to a junior suite on the 11th floor! The room was newly renovated with floor to ceiling windows and blackout curtains. The bathroom and shower were updated and the water pressure was great! Beds were comfy and we had a great night sleep. We didn't eat at the restuarant because we wanted to try one of the brunch spots nearby but it looked good!

The hotel is in a great location - we could walk to many great restaurants and very convenient to the Marta for further destinations. Staff was super friendly and gave us late checkout since it was finally a nice sunny day with no rain. Would def stay again when visiting Atlanta

I stayed there recently and it's in good location. Walkable to lot of restaurants and cafes in Midtown. Friendly staffs and clean. But the rooms have thin walls. I had to change 3 rooms on my 3 nights stay. You can literally hear people above dropping even small stuffs. One room had some loose pipe issue that was knocking on the wall all day and night, complained about it but they didn't seemed to do anything. So had to change room again which was not convenient. Also while checking out the person in the reception told me it's $60 for 3 nights parking and charged $84. Won't be staying there when visiting Atlanta next time.

Hotel room key only worked half the time and need to be rest everyday , hotel room toilet kept running during most of the stay and the gym was below standard with limited machines considering the number of rooms the hotel has.
